About Me
When I was born my parents named me Eden. Yes, after the Garden of Eden. I’m the daughter of Eritrean refugees who settled in America looking for a better life. My parents saw how fruitful and full of promise this land could be, and I came to symbolize that hope for them as well. That’s why it’s always been my goal to provide for them. As a software engineer, I too see the promise of technology. I feel empowered and lucky to use my creative and engineering skills to build beautiful user friendly applications that bring joy to my family and community. It’s more than my passion, it's my duty.
